臺式 ICP光譜儀組成及工作原理
The composition and working principle of desktop ICP spectrometer
ICP光譜儀是多元素順序測量的分析測試儀器。 該儀器由掃描分光器、射頻發(fā)生器、試樣引入系統(tǒng)、光電轉(zhuǎn)換、控制系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)、分析操作軟件組成。等離子體是在三重同心石英炬管中產(chǎn)生。炬管內(nèi)分別以切向通入氬氣，炬管上部繞有紫銅負(fù)載線圈<內(nèi)通冷卻水>當(dāng)高頻發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生的高頻電流(工作頻率40MHz功率1.2KW左右)通過線圈時，其周圍產(chǎn)生交變磁場，使少量氬氣電離產(chǎn)生電子和離子，在磁場作用下加速運動與其它中性原子碰撞，產(chǎn)生更多的電子和離子，在炬管內(nèi)形成渦流，在電火花作用下形成等離子炬(即等離子體)，這種等離子體溫度可達(dá)10000K以上。待測水溶液經(jīng)噴霧器形成氣溶膠進(jìn)入石英炬管中心通道。原子在受到外界能量的作用下電離，但處于激發(fā)態(tài)的原子十分不穩(wěn)定，從較高能級躍遷到基態(tài)時，將釋放出巨大能量，這種能量是以一定波長的電磁波的形式輻射出去。不同元素產(chǎn)生不同的特征光譜。這些特征光譜通過透鏡射到分光器中的光柵上，計算通過控制步進(jìn)電機轉(zhuǎn)動光柵,傳動機構(gòu)將分光后的待測元素特征譜線光強準(zhǔn)確定位于出口狹縫處，光電倍增管將該譜線光強轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殡娏鳎俳?jīng)電路處理和V/F轉(zhuǎn)換后，由計算機進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理，最后由打印機打出分析結(jié)果。

四、安裝條件

1、儀器正常工作條件：實驗室內(nèi)清潔、干燥、無灰塵、無振動。室溫保持 為22℃±3℃
